It was my first game, so i never knew how to do sounds in GB Studio...
PLUS, im incompetent at music, still even to this day.
Several months ago I found a Casio keyboard at a flea market and I learn how to play certain things on it. My musical skills have gradually improved since then.
Oh and by the way, I forgot to mention something I was curious about when I played this - how did you get the sprites to have more than 3 colors?
Luckily, for you, you'll be able to get some behind-the-scenes.
There's something called "Sprite overlay" One sprite has one palette, while the other has one color from another.

Nice first game! I like the art. Agree with other comment: too many leaps of faith! Also: no enemies / combat?

nice game! although my main problem is the level design, which has a case of leap-of-faith-itus and things feeling empty, but other than that nice little game you have here!
